Return & Refund Policy

All Plastering Posters prints are produced to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for fulfilled orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at hello@plasteringposters.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no return required.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Please contact us immediately at hello@plasteringposters.com.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period For orders shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, provided production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
